We are in the midst of such a precarious shifting point. A place where we are teetering between new unknowns… for what used to be the old ‘normal’ has been laid to rest with the casualties of the virus, the trivial amount of faith that many of us had left in the political system, and the whole concept of common sense.
As we live through the unfolding events which could lead to such a broad spectrum of outcomes – ranging from a complete moral, social, political, & psychological revolution, to a dystopian-type version of ‘Brave New World’, to the worst… the world pretending to go back to ‘normal’ while the underlying state of humanity is quietly dying from apathy & the incessant need for status quo… for ease & comfort. Unfortunately the later appears to be the path we are stumbling down.
We have a grand opportunity for total upheaval & re-creation of our world. We all need to understand that every choice & action that each of us takes can make a massive impact on the course of our future. This has always been the case, but is of the utmost importance now.
I don’t like talking about politics on these platforms, but please educate yourself and vote. Take time to do an internal audit on what personal changes need to be made in order to move forward, to grow, to evolve as an intelligent, sentient species who is part of a much larger whole. Introspection, bravery, intelligence, selflessness, & compassion is needed now more than ever. It is time was all step up.
