Matcha Moringa Turmeric Latte

This is my morning energizing drink of choice lately… & probably forever. It’s just too delicious & healthy not to share. If you’re a Golden Milk fan like me, you’ll love this one… & it has an energy boost! 

• Matcha Moringa Turmeric Latte •

1/2 tsp of equal amounts of Matcha, Moringa, & ground Turmeric. Blend with 1/2 cup of hot water, then add 1 cup of  almond/oat/coconut milk & sweetener of choice to taste & blend. I like to top it with a dash of Turmeric because I just love its flavor. 

Moringa is a superfood that is very rich in antioxidants, phytonutrients, minerals, vitamins and amino acids. It’s particularly high in vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, potassium, and protein. 

Matcha is Is packed with antioxidants including EGCg. It boosts the metabolism and burns calories while it detoxifies naturally. It is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and  vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium. It also lowers cholesterol and blood sugar. It enhances your mood and aids in concentration while giving you that burst of clean energy without the crash. 

And then, of course, all of Turmerics anti-inflammatory, cancer fighting, immune boosting properties. This is a powerhouse morning drink…. & those colors! I hope you love it like I do.
